Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

As all items are made to order we do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted items.

We do offer a manufacturer’s warranty on electrical products.

If your order is incorrect or requires rework then we will do what we can to ensure you get the correct product, however we will have to charge for any rework required that is due to customer error.
