All packing benches are made to order at our factory in Hull, East Yorkshire. Working directly with the manufacturer means clear communication, no intermediaries, and the flexibility to meet specific requirements, from non-standard sizes and working heights to integration with existing equipment and layouts.
Our in-house design team can produce CAD drawings to show how benches will fit within your hub before manufacture begins. For larger installations, we can also provide 3D renders to support layout planning and internal sign-off. Most benches are delivered fully assembled and ready for use, keeping disruption to a minimum. Where required, our installation team can deliver and position benches on site, including in restricted-access areas.
There is no minimum order quantity, and we regularly supply both small operations and large-scale hub expansions. Credit accounts are available to established businesses, and our helpful sales team offers quick response times during business hours. Yes. We understand that cross-dock operations can require additional packing capacity at short notice due to seasonal peaks or new contracts. While most benches are made to order with typical lead times of 2–4 weeks, we hold stock of certain standard components that can help speed up manufacture for urgent requirements. Please contact our helpful sales team to discuss availability.
Our standard packing bench height is 850mm, which suits most operators. However, we regularly manufacture benches at alternative heights to meet ergonomic needs or align with conveyor heights. Some hubs prefer 900mm benches for standing tasks and larger items, while operations handling smaller parcels may opt for 800mm working heights.
