Cosmetics and personal care products are small, varied and presentation sensitive. A single order might combine a serum, a lipstick, a sample sachet and a gift box, all of which need to arrive looking as good as they did on the shelf. Packing staff need a clean surface, a place for every product line and enough room to assemble presentation packs carefully.
Spaceguard designs and builds cosmetics packing benches to order in our Hull factory, with fully welded steel frames delivered assembled. They are part of our pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetics packing bench range, and share many features with benches for medical supplies packing, where cleanliness and order accuracy matter just as much.
We work with brands of every size. A start up filling orders from a single unit can buy one bench with no minimum order, and a growing fulfilment operation can roll out a full packing line. If your layout calls for something unusual, our bespoke packing benches are designed with you using free 3D renders before they are built.
Many beauty brands start with a single bench and add more as order volumes grow. Because each one is made to order, later benches can be built to match the first in size, height, worktop and frame colour, so your packing room stays consistent and professional as it expands.
Spills from creams, oils and powders are part of the job. Laminate, stainless steel and polyethylene worktops wipe down easily and resist staining, while melamine offers a smooth, bright surface for lighter duties. All options are listed on our worktops page.
Upper shelf dividers create pigeonholes for fast moving lines, samples and inserts, so packers can pick and assemble without walking away from the bench. Pull-out shelves and drawers keep tissue paper, ribbons and stickers tidy.
Roll holders above the bench carry tissue or wrapping paper and a bench mounted cutter gives a neat edge. An LED light rail helps staff spot damaged packaging or incorrect shades before an order is sealed.
Fine assembly is easier at the right height. We adjust the standard 850mm height free of charge, and height adjustable frames let operatives switch between sitting and standing through the shift.
As volumes grow, packing conveyors can take sealed parcels away from the bench to a dispatch point, freeing the packer to start the next order. Benches on castors are useful where the room doubles as a photography or sampling space.

Our trusted delivery partners collect from our factory and deliver directly to you, with dates confirmed by phone or email. Depending on the order you may need a tail lift or forklift for unloading. You can also collect from our factory if you prefer.
