Belt Conveyors Options & Accessories

Warehouse, Factory & Logistics Conveyor Belts

Belt conveyors are a versatile materials transport option as they can transport both uniform and none uniform loads.

They are used as a simple and efficient solution for transporting goods within factories, warehouses, assembly lines, factories, and other industrial environments.

Other conveyors suited for factory & warehouse use include:

Fully Wired Belt Conveyor Control Panels

Conveyors are delivered with fully wired control panels, just plug in and you’re ready for work. Conveyors also arrive CE marked with all operation, maintenance and compliance manuals. The controls provided are custom designed specifically to suit the customers’ needs. This means you can have the controls as simple or complex as you require, including variable speed panels.

Innovative Special Application Conveyors

Whether it’s labelling products or drying them, our engineers will design solutions to suit your needs.

For example, split bed designs {pictured below} allow for the positioning of a labelling head. This allows labelling in addition to coding on the base of the products. This particular belt ran off a single drive shaft to maintain belt speeds.

In many cases we supply conveyors complete with rotary tables as required.

Special application conveyors can be supported through the use of custom manufactured conveyor workstations or bespoke workbenches and packing benches.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a belt conveyor?

Conveyor belts are mechanical devices that transport objects, they are common throughout all industrial applications.

They are a simple and efficient solution for transporting goods within factories, warehouses, assembly lines, and other industrial environments.

These conveyors are used in most material handling industries for transporting bulk materials, or packets and parcels. For example, we manufacture many types of conveyors for ecommerce and warehouse environments.

Conveyor belts are comprised of a continuous loop of belt wrapped around and driven by one or more pulleys, which are known as drums. These are and powered by an electric motor. A metal plate bed or rollers normally support the belt from the underside. The pulley that is powered is called the drive pulley, whilst an unpowered type is known as an idler pulley.

Why use Belt Conveyors?

Belt conveyors throughout history have been used as a simple and efficient solution for transporting goods within factories, warehouses, assembly lines, and other industrial environments. Conveyor belts are the ideal A to B transport solution for both uniform and also non-uniform loads. Belt conveyors are often used to provide an efficient and reliable solution for transporting totes, boxes, packets, cartons and irregular shaped objects.
