Spaceguard manufacture electrical workstations to suit electronic assembly and test environments

These workstations were designed, manufactured, and installed by Spaceguard in September 2021

We provided x16 electronics lab workbenches, with melamine faced MDF worktops and shelves, electrical trunking and sockets, louvre panels, and earth bonding equipment.

Some trolleys and shelving were also made for the lab area, and we supplied ESD anti-static chairs to match the lab benches.

Design Stage

These benches had to be made so they separate into two parts, this was due to having to fit through a narrow doorway on site. This is something we deal with regularly, as many of our customers are in small, oddly shaped, or listed buildings where they have to work around these limitations.
