The assembly conveyor workstation takes a standard conveyor and changes it into a full assembly line.
These conveyor workstations allow for IT based functions to complement the assembly, collation and packing of products.
Along with fully bespoke workstations and accessories, Spaceguard also manufactures and supplies a wide range of roller and belt conveyors.
Each of these conveyors are fully bespoke and can be used as stand alone units or with electrical controls for a fully functional conveyor system.
The lift up gate is used as a pedestrian access gate. Generally used for warehouse pathways or emergency access routes. The gate uses industrial gas springs to support weight of the gate whilst opening. As a result the gate is light to operate. Incidentally it may be possible to use the gate section as a stop. The lift up gate uses a 50mm diameter roller as standard.
